Autumn Irons Davis, MA

Autumn Irons Davis, MA (she/her) is a Counseling Registered Associate with the state of Oregon and and is supervised by Clinical Supervisor Susan M. Doak, LPC, a supervisor with 20+ years of experience.

Autumn is passionate about working with individuals who carry the weight of loneliness, shame, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, disconnection, and a lack of belonging. She strives to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace, including religious or spiritual conflicts, cultural and identity-related concerns, communication challenges, family and relationship difficulties, illness and end-of-life issues, and trauma.

Working with children, families and adults, Autumn’s approach is integrative and holistic, viewing life’s challenges through a biopsychosocial and spiritual lens. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including strengths-based counseling, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and mindfulness-based practices. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

She works with children ages 10 and older, teens, young adults, and adults. As a Third Culture Kid (TCK), she brings a deep respect and understanding for those navigating identity, purpose, and belonging across multiple cultures.
