Autumn is passionate about working with individuals who carry the weight of loneliness, shame, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, disconnection, and a lack of belonging. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including strengths-based counseling, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and mindfulness-based practices. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

She works with children ages 10 and older, teens, young adults, and adults. As a Third Culture Kid (TCK), she brings a deep respect and understanding for those navigating identity, purpose, and belonging across multiple cultures.
