Caitlin Schrage, LCSW, is an Oregon transplant, native Chicagoan, a mother, and outdoor lover. Before she was a therapist, she was an artist (painting and drawing). She graduated with her Masters of Social Work in 2015 and has been working primarily with older teenagers and adults. Her specialties include trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. She believes in the importance of expressing thoughts, emotions to find strength and meaning. Words past clients and colleagues use to describe Caitlin include caring, responsive, strength-focused, and person-centered.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors, making art when she can, and sharing all of these things with her family. Caitlin says: “I believe that all people are on their own journey, and as a therapist I am a guide.”
